New things coming

IMG_9575Yesterday I shot my 1st wedding with Ginny Corbett.
I met Ginny back in Dec 2009 at a Christmas Photographers meet up. I was pregnant at the time with Owen & came across Ginnys work at my OBGYN office. She has canvas’ all over the office and I loved them! Seeing wall to wall portraits of emotion and different stages of a womans life (that was the theme I gathered) was so neat.

I have new things coming but can’t really explain it all right now…
but I am excited about it and look forward to seeing how things work out :-)

Ginny though is amazing. Shes so confident and funny. I wish I had more of her self confidence! Her assistant who was also there Allison was also just as confident! Maybe their confidence will rub off on me a bit ;-) I tend to be a bit reserved at times.

The wedding was stunning… (but long hah)
I will post more photos from it on my PHOTO BLOG later on in the week. This afternoon I caught up and took a 2 1/2 hour nap :) while the kids napped. I needed it.

Below are a few “favs” I managed to go through before crashing this afternoon.

oh and this was really neat… and something I have never seen at a wedding before… the brides maids prayed for the bride! They gathered around here and laid their hands on her.. it was a very special moment. I was in the corner of the room and saw this mirror… that framed the moment perfectly. I wish someone could of recorded the prayers because they were awesome.

I especially love the one of them holding each other…there is so much vivid emotion in that picture. Great shot! I love the mirror one too!
