I still remember when you were 1st born… I had just turned 21 and didn’t at all feel ready to become a mother…
I remember baby sitting other kids and thinking “I would never be a good mom…. this is not for me.”
but then you came into my life… and its as if the Lord gave me a new heart! The desire to to be a great mother to you was all I could think of. I wasn’t sure what I was doing…. I made lots of mistakes…
but despite my flaws I am so happy with the young man you are becoming.
You are such a joy!
You have your spats of loudness @ constantly annoy Taite :-) but regardless, any time I see your smile, I melt.
You fill my heart with joy and my eyes with tears when I think about how much I love you.
You are an incredible brother.
You aren’t ashamed to talk to anyone about Christ!! even at such a young age, without full understanding.. your child like faith is so amazing. Just the other day you were telling the man working on our kitchen all about heaven! What a testimony.
I remember when we named you we picked the name Caleb because it meant bold… our desire was to see you have a boldness in sharing Christ with others. To be unashamed and to go out into this world being a light!
I look forward to seeing you grow into an awesome and BOLD man of God.
