Choosing the Name

Since finding out the sex of baby wood #4 :) [boy!] – we have had lots of people asking us if we have chosen a name.

I honestly find choosing names hard. I am so big on name meaning, that to choose a name that I just “like” because of how cool it sounds, doesn’t happen, because if the mean is something like “fallen tree” or “bitter leaf“, I just can’t use it. Its hard though to find names you really do love, yet also have a great meaning. At least for me it is :)

So, with baby boy #4, we have names running through our mind & I am pretty confident we have chosen the 1st name… but we still aren’t 100% on any middle name. None the less, as the tradition has been since we started having children, we will not be sharing his name :) UNTIL he is born. So for those who were getting excited there for a sec, sorry ;-)

That being said, choosing a name for our boys in the past has been totally because of the names meanings, but also the way the name flows with our last name and the family in itself :) – after all I cant have 4 boys and their names totally mismatched.

So heres a hint to all those curious :)

The name will have a GREAT meaning ;-)

It will more than likely be a shorter name. [we tend to have a pattern of that]

It is not a bible name.

& it flows great with Caleb, Taite & Owen.

Regardless if you guess it right though, I will deny it :-)
