The weekend found me occupied.
Just being with family and friends.
Each time I reached for my camera, it seemed to say to me “not today” – I have just been very unmotivated to do much of anything with my blog. I love being able to blog…. I guess since the whole situation with that woman Jane, if its a woman… the whole idea of putting my life so out there, has concerned me some.
I know we shouldnt let one person ruin our outreach to many… but at the same time, the whole situation of her stealing my photos and identity for 8 years, still has me a bit gripped.
I think that sitting on the back of my mind has just hindered me in blog-inspiration.
None the less, I am up early and figured I would blog my randomness :)
The weekend was filled with lots of swimming, it was HOT! So unless you are inside, theres not much to enjoy – esp if you are pregnant.
I developed a weird symptom however on my neck.
Heres a photo, for those who like visuals.

The scar this thing is growing on, was from a surgery I got years ago to remove an infected lymph node. I got cat scratch and that wonderful infection decided to cause that… The surgical cut was super clean though – glued shut, so I would of never thought it leave much of a mark. My skin however is so sensitive and because im darker, the scar from the surgery has always been very visible. I joked it was my stab wound :) -since that is really what it looked like.
This weekend though when it flared up like this, and got sooooo itchy… I decided to email my friend whos husband did the surgery, and they both were pretty confident it is a keloid. To learn what a keloid is GO HERE. I have found if I wear clothing that touches it, it gets even more irritated. The sun seems to make it worse… and my hair down even bothers it. So I think ill be wearing a lot of wider necked shirts – and my hair up :-\ – also when out in the sun I will lather THICK sun screen on it & use a band aid to help cover it too.
My friend also gave me some natural methods to try in relieving the itching and symptoms. So we will see if that helps. Sometimes keloids require surgery or the use of steroids. Neither of which I can go with right now.
Any who :)
Thats the low down of my mind this morning.
We have VBS all week.
So I am sure ill be out and about staying busy.
Oh and in case you didn’t see my post last week on She {hearts} It – I got to showcase this awesome nursing pillow. That is my friend Nichole btw modeling it w/ her baby Mercy.

Im giving away a gift certificate to be used at the boutique that sells them too! They also sell baby carriers, cloth diapers, etc… so over all its an awesome shop for lots of moms to enjoy :) – not just those who nurse or will nurse. The giveaway ends in a few days :) – so sign up while you can HERE.

Yeah, that FB situation is very creepy. Amazing you finally found out about it.
And that scar getting irritated is crazy! Praying you find out something to keep it from bothering you and make it go away.
