It has been in the 100′s the last few days.
NOT FUN btw. I try not to ever be discontent but weather like this could make anyone discontent… with being outside any way ;-) – although yet again, we really have nothing to complain about.
We have water!
We have access to a pool.
Did I mention we have AC?
It really is to hot to be outside though, unless you are wet. Its not only hot but it is also muggy… you step outside the door and you immediately sweat. You can forget make up, doing your hair… or even wearing mascara, it melts. So heres to investing in water proof mascara haha… sporting a clean face, hair pulled back and staying cool, some how.
Here’s a few more pictures from sprinkler time outside one afternoon.
& big wheel riding wet is always a great way to spruce up the typical sprinkler time.

Note to Lauren: Daniel’s outfit did get washed after this ;-)

LOve the pic of double riding big wheel. How super cute!!

It’s in the 100′s here too!! And during two of the hottest days the men moved all our big/heavy stuff to the new house!! I was soo praying for them… why on the hottest days did they feel the need to “move us”??
And the AC!! Such a blessing!!! One family member hasn’t had AC since Friday and we don’t have AC at the new house!! Makes it VERY uncomfortable to get anything done over there before the final move in!
Cute pics;) Looks like they are liking the weather;)

I have debated getting our third son tested for speech delay. He also doesn’t “do the things” his brothers did at this age, etc. I feel guilty for being concerned, because every child is different and I shouldn’t compare, but you also want to make sure you aren’t missing anything. Glad you were able to get Owen tested and some of your concerns alleviated.
I plan to ask our doc about Buggy at his 3 yr wellness visit in just a few months. Just to rule anything out or to get some therapy if needed!
