A friend shared it with me and Ive made it twice since! Its easy to make and honestly one of the best tasting dressings I’ve ever had!
1/2 cup evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey (I used sage)
1/2 tsp. real salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic minced or grated
Put into a jar…. shake on and off until well mixed. The longer you shake it the better. Refrigerate after making… I have noticed that it tends to separate oil/from honey as it sits… so just be sure to shake it up really well each time before serving.
