I got tired of the hair

These are 3 week old Springer/lab pups. They belong to our friend Kenneth. They were just precious!
Taite and Caleb both were so sweet handling them..
But we will never have a dog.. and if we do he or she would be outside :-)
Im off to play outside. Its beautiful out. I just got back from the store. My keyboard broke.. my fault. The key was sticking and I tried to fix it.. and broke it. It was the space bar key 2… cant exactly live without that ;-)
Im glad I got a new one though because this one is really quiet!!!
and has a better design for those who type a lot.
New Birth brought Death..
Our black mollie fish had babies a few days go (or maybe yesterday) honestly we arent sure when they had the babies.. but there are lots of them!
Today though.. I go to check things out and sadly..
The mama black molly (I think its the mom…) is dead.. shes actually not entirely dead yet.. but shes laying upside down at the bottom of the tank with cuts on her.. almost looks like something attacked her.. we saw our algae eater SPAZ nipping at her.. but we arent sure if he did it or not.. Id find it unusual why a algae eater would kill a black mollie like that…
None the less no more babies for a while since mama is gone… but we plan to keep a baby or two if they live…

Yesterday Caleb saw his very 1st Racoon!
My dad happen to trap one in a rabbit trap.
This wasnt the 1st time. We have lots around.
I wouldnt let Caleb get very close… after all coons are known to carry rabies and other crazy germies. So no chances :-)

Calebs new favorite thing is to run as fast as he can down my parents front yard. Its a fairly steep hill for a 2 year old. He gets a kick out of it.. making this funny “ugh gughhghg” noise when he runs. I tried to teach him to roll like a barrell… but he preferred the running over that.
