Memphis?

One place I have never been.

Well.. theres many places :) – but one of those places is Memphis!

I am so pumped to be heading that way this Nov…

Its called Genesis Workshop.

One of my dear friends back in NC, Melanie Mansfield and her husband Jeff help put this on.
I was so sad that when I left NC I was unable to see Melanie off… due to schedule conflicts and other situations, we just weren’t able to connect before the big move.

So to know that I get to say a proper goodbye :) – WITH all this as well, is a huge excitement for me.

The workshop btw from what I hear is revolutionary for those in Photography, especially those still learning like myself. While I have been doing photography since 2007… I have SO MUCH TO LEARN!! Not just with the actual art of photography, but more so the business side of things. Im clueless to that in many areas.

I know this is a time in our lives that my business will be a providing tool for our family financially… so what perfect timing for this :)

…still hold hands

I took this photo on the way to a session w/ my dear friend Shannon.

She didn’t know I was taking it :) – but Im sure it will be a treasured shot.

Even if you have 4 kids – and have been married 10 years – you can still hold hands :)

Its so sweet….

I am remaining busy doing some photo gigs before we move.

Today – I did this one…

I just wish I had more of me so I could do portraits of all my friends families before I moved.
Theres always room for visits to Georgia tho! ;-)
